Roger Neill, Managing Partner Click here for > Roger's blog Roger Neill FRSA, FIoD, is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Per Diem and was Founding Director of the Centre for Creativity, City University London. He was International Managing Partner for Synectics Corporation, a world leader in innovation and creativity. He writes, speaks and conducts masterclasses and workshops around the world. Previously Roger worked in marketing communications. For ten years he was with Saatchi & Saatchi and was appointed to the Board of Directors aged 27. With Lintas (now Lowe) he became Chairman in Australia/New Zealand and Regional Director for Asia/Pacific. He was Deputy Chairman of WCRS Worldwide in London. Roger was World President of the International Advertising Association 1990-1992. An expert on the innovators, artists, writers and musicians of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, he helped Sam Wanamaker to re-build Shakespeare's Globe in London. He curated the exhibition Legends: The Art of Walter Barnett for the National Portrait Gallery in Australia. Roger was Founder of Sinfonia 21 and Chairman of Endymion Ensemble. He started his working life as a professional rock musician. |

Alison Duffy
Alison Duffy was Co-Founder of Per Diem. Currently, she is studying part-time for the new Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership (MICL) at City University London.
With a BA (Hons) in English and Drama and a Diploma in Arts Administration, she started her career in arts marketing, PR and sponsorship. She was deeply involved in the projects to construct the Design Museum and Shakespeare’s Globe in London and eventually moved out of the arts and into business-to-business marketing. She spent many years in project and event management, performance improvement and business coaching, working at a number of the top marketing communications agencies in the UK including The Marketing Organisation (TMO – now BI), Motivforce (now Skybridge) and Grass Roots. Over the years, she has managed programmes for BT, Business Link, Cisco, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Design Council, General Motors, Gillette, IBM, Lloyds TSB, Mercury One2One, News International (Sunday Times), NHS, Royal Mail, Toyota and Whitbread. Alison has particular skills in project direction, relationship management and business development. She is also an accomplished coach, facilitator, presenter and public speaker, combining her performance and creative writing skills with a variety of creative facilitation techniques. |

Julia Bindman
Julia is an international business facilitator, coach and project manager. She has a varied background which includes roles with Shell, Price Waterhouse Coopers, a City dot.com, and a number of research, strategy and consulting businesses. She has worked with people at senior levels in a variety of organisations including BBC, Danone, European Commission, Gartmore, Gray's Inn, Johnson & Johnson, Learning and Skills Council, NHS, Orange and Unilever.
She has an authoritative yet highly flexible style and her skills have been fine-tuned over the last 15 years by helping people to unlock knowledge, reveal ideas and information, to convert insights into actions and above all, to get things done. Julia enjoys international work and is highly skilled in adapting her approach to different cultures and time zones. She has a BA Hons in Thai and Politics and an MSc in Economics from the University of London. |

Jonne Ceserani Jonne is a business facilitator, coach and trainer. He had 12 years' experience as a partner with Synectics Europe and prior to that 12 years' experience as a line manager and professional manager with DuPont (UK) Ltd. He has worked with a broad range of companies in the private and public sector, including the NHS, Wrexham Borough, Mars, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Walkers Snack Foods, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Barclays, BBC and Sainsbury's.
His skills are diverse and include being an accomplished Synectics facilitator, a Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, an accredited Insights Learning and Development coach, an accredited Association for Coaching coach and an accredited Emotional Intelligence practitioner. He is also a published author on innovation and creativity. Jonne uses all his skills to work with clients in flexible ways to help them achieve specific personal and business goals, working in the boardroom, the warehouse and all places in between. He considers himself a 'debunker' of life who, in a messy, complex world, presents ideas simply, using straight-forward language. This enables him to achieve common understanding amongst groups of people, of tools, techniques and structures for understanding themselves, understanding one another and working collaboratively. |
